Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) to release new Ten Rupee Note in with Chocolate Brown color. The new note will have same height and width will be small compare to existing note in the country!
RBI said The central bank will shortly issue Rs 10 notes in the Mahatma Gandhi series, bearing signature of Urjit R. Patel, RBI governor, it said in a release. The base colour of the note is chocolate brown, it said.
Key Points in the note:
1. In front side the new notes will same like Mahatma Gandhi picture
2. Back side of note with Swachh Bharath slogan
3. Note to motif Konark Temple and Sun Temple
4. Decrease in Width and Same height compare to existing note(63 mm*137 mm) New Note (63mm*123 mm). RBI also said soon new Rs 200 Note Available in ATM.
